Janine Starks
Janine Starks is the Investment Director of the Australian funds management firm Liontamer. Liontamer is majority owned by KBC Asset Management, part of the Belgian based KBC Group (a Global Fortune 500 company, with an S&P credit rating of A+, over 50,000 employees and 11 million customers worldwide). Janine continues to be a significant shareholder in the firm, along with Liontamer's founding Principal, Laetitia Peterson. She is New Zealand born and started her career in the markets division of ANZ Bank as a dealer. After a move to the UK she headed up the research and product development team at the advisory firm Chase de Vere (awarded investment advisory firm of the year in Britain three times during her tenure). Janine has previously been an independent personal finance commentator in publications such as the Sunday Times, Telegraph and Guardian and made regular appearances on the BBC and Carlton Television.
